RECOMMENDED READING
Have to start out blogging slowly today but I will pick up steam tonight and on Wednesday. Some really interesting material in the last few days, more than I can adequately address but here's some of the cream:
At Coming Anarchy, a raucus discussion ensued when Lord Curzon proposed a preemptive nuclear attack on North Korea. I think I have officially lost my scary-nuclear-neocon-hawk crown with that one. The debate is a beaut. Take special note of the comments at CA by Dave Schuyler on China.
The esteemed Pundita did a methodical layout of some of the structural problems driving the foreign policy mess faced by the United States and the World. It's long but its smart..real smart. Pay special attention to the comment by Dave Schuyler on China ( catch a theme coming?).
A recent and important post by... Dave Schuyler on....drum roll please...China ! Actually the precarious state of China's financial sector which should be ingested for its realism about the overhyped Chinese miracle.
Bruce Kesler on the problems and solutions for America's broken immigration system.
Finally, a big thank-you to Colonel Austin Bay for graciously allowing me to appear on his blog today on the topic of NATO. A further discussion on NATO's future and reactions to my argument will be posted later tonight. ¶ 8:10 AM
