THE COMING OF THE GLOBAL HYPERECONOMY: Economic doldrums of the moment aside, the most advanced first world economies are going to be transformed economically, socially and politically in the next twenty to thirty years. Genetic engineering is one transformative field, Quantum Computing is another and the first nation-state to assemble an array will have a locked in comparative advantage over all of the others ( the new Quantum computers can immediately be put to solving previously intractable math problems thus creating proprietary breakthroughs in other fields). The speed of information and economic exchanges will reach a " light " standard of transmission and the hypothetical, instantaneously reacting free market will exist, at least in the U.S., Japan and a few other states.
