ARTHUR SILBER REFLECTS ON THE CRACK UP OF THE OBJECTIVIST MOVEMENT
Arthur Silber, who is probably more widely read for his anti-war views than anything else, recently wrote a thoughtful essay on
the origins of the intellectual civil war that still prevails among the ranks of Objectivists, the followers of the late philosopher and novelist
Ayn Rand. Silber, unlike many commentators who venture forth on Objectivism, actually knew Ayn Rand and attended the lectures run by
Nathaniel Branden prior to his " excommunication" over the end of the extramarital affair he was having with Rand. It's a good piece with links that will be of interest to libertarians, objectivists and anyone curious about the ideas of Ayn Rand.
